Tenable Protective Services provides the following classroom training:

• Phase I training module  - employee introduction, orientation and human resource issues, customer service issues and practices, understanding the role of private security, and State Codes & Ordinance reviews as it applies to our security officers.
• Phase II training module - Code reviews as it applies to the security officer, advanced customer service issues, handling difficult issues or incidents, telephone and report writing skills, understanding the role of private security. 
• First Aid/CPR/AED - employees receive certified Red Cross training delivered by our certified Tenable Training Institute instructors.  Topics include complete first aid, CPR and AED training for the workplace and home. 
• Safe Driver’s Course - our drivers must possess an impeccable driving record when hired and in order to maintain this record Tenable conducts a four safe driving program.  This program outlines defensive driving tactics, reasonable expectations when in possession of a client or corporate vehicle, BWC training video presentation and our general vehicle forms to use when issued a vehicle.
