Tenable Event Services is comprised of venue loss prevention patrols and crowd management. All Tenable staff members provide courteous, firm, service to all who attend our events. Security responsibilities are always changing and expanding; the Tenable staff prides it self on being able to flow with these changes and be flexible as new procedures develop.

Event Services Staff Members are the front-line of the promoter's team and integral partners in every event with which we are involved. We are much more than a guard force, or a people protector. We are often the first persons to be seen at an event and the first impression the guest will receive. In many instances, Tenable is the reason that a guest comes back. Tenable Event Services is the paramount professional crowd management provider.

The purpose of Crowd Management is to defuse, reduce and document incidents and reduce the opportunity for injuries or loss. At Tenable we are an integral part of a patron-support team. We support the vast majority of people who abide by rules of personal conduct and decency. We are employed because of a small percentage of people who may frequent events in an uncaring manner and to facilitate the efficient movement of crowds throughout the event or venue.

The primary objective of Tenable's Crowd Management Team is to use observation and communication skills in addition to the training provided to assist the promoter in ensuring the enjoyment of every guest. Staff members exhibit a unique compassion for people. |
