Personal Mission Statement:

As a manager in this industry, you are only as good as the least of your staff. It is they who represent the quality of your management abilities, not you. One always needs to lead by example, with great respect, by communicating, by following through, by caring. You must consistently focus on the welfare of your staff, providing the best working environment and conditions possible for any given situation. Only then will you develop a loyalty from your staff, thus promoting in them the desire, at any rate of pay, to willingly follow you into situations that are less than desirable. Your respect for your staff will be returned immeasurably by their loyalty to you.
