Professional Accomplishments:

 Within the past 18 years with Tenable Protective Services, Ryan Fioritto has grown from his entry level security   position to President of one of the largest privately owned security companies in the Northeast Region of the United States. As President of Tenable’s Security Group, Ryan oversees Tenable's operations and all branch office operations.

          Ryan has implemented many methods and procedures over the past few years within Tenable that have sustained the company’s rapid paced growth and profitability. Particularly, the redevelopment and utilization of Tenable’s communications center, better known as Tenable’s “Command Center”.

           Inclusive of interaction and direct supervision of Command staff and implementation of policies, procedures and all training for security and management staff.

           Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple Tenable office locations (Cleveland, Akron/Canton, Columbus, Dayton and Detroit, Michigan), three divisions (law enforcement, mobile patrol/alarm response and security) and directs sales and services to over a half dozen major cities throughout the state of Ohio.

          Additionally responsible for applicable budget and profitability for each division, as well as increased growth, sales and overall staff professionalism.
